The Royal Chitwan National Park is the lush valley of Chitwan situated in the foothills of Churia ranges, 148 km southwest of Kathmandu, houses the first National Park of the Kingdom. The Royal Chitwan National Park is famous for its variety of wildlife especially the Great Indian one horned Rhinosceros and the exclusive Royal Bengal Tiger. The lodges and camps are located within the park area and offer elephant excursions in the heart of the Jungle to view the game.

Inclusions:

Accommodation for two nights in a single/double room/lodge/tent,

- National park fee as on date,
- Airport transfers in Kathmandu & Chitwan by Van/Jeep in air package while Kathmandu/Chitwan/Kathmandu surface transportation by Non A/c Coach/Van in surface package.
* Domestic airport tax INR 210 per person both ways to be paid directly by the clients.
* Airfare Kathmandu/Bharatpur/Kathmandu INR 1450/- Per Person Extra in case of air package
BOOKING PROCEDURE & FORMALITIES
For the bookings to process, we require following information:
1. Client name with total number of pax (No. of adults & children with their age )
2. No. of rooms ( with/without extra bed and please mention the type of rooms Standard or Deluxe)
3. Package requirement as per the name of the package.
4. No. of total nights in Nepal.
5. Arrival & departure dates with flight details.
Please note:
§ - Rates are valid till 24th December’03 other than specified & are subject to change without prior notice.
§ - For the packages we require a minimum of 2 pax. In case of only one pax traveling, there’ll be additional supplement for transportation.
§ - The client must possess a valid a valid passport or an election identification card.
§ - Children below 3 years of age will be free of charge.
§ - All packages are inclusive of current Government taxes in Nepal (10% VAT & 2% TSF ) & are valid for Indian Nationals only.(Any tax being introduced in the due course of time would be charged Extra).
§ - Service tax in India would be applicable (if levied by the Government of India on a later date).
§ - Above packages are payable in advance.
§ - Prepayment would be refunded only if 72 hrs. notice is received in writing (for cancellation) after a deduction of 15 % on the package cost as cancellation charges.
§ - 33% cancellation charges would be levied if the cancellation is 24 hrs prior to departure
§ - If client is cancelled more than 72 hrs. before departure there would be a service / administration charge of Rs. 100 per pax

Indian Visit.com Pvt. Ltd acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels , transport – operators and local tourist offices providing the services . Indian Visit is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists.
