Joseph Michel Montgolfier and Jacques Etienne Montgolfier, in 1783 AD when a 17.37 m high fire balloon went high in the air taking a sheep, rooster and duck in them.however, first air tour in a hot air balloon was undertaken by Jean Francois Pilatre de Rozier and his companion Marquis d'Arlandes who flied in the air across Paris in the same year.
